Customer service specialist and Business development Assistant Job Description & Responsibilities Customer service specialist and Business development Assistant is to carry out tasks pertaining to internal and external community of the Nathon Kong culture, by maintaining and building relationship with customers using company communication methods. He or she also helps the company apply green initiatives overall, whether for existing projects and process or new ones; helping the improvement of environmental and social performance, accountability and transparency. He or she must apply “commercial awareness”, able to work within commercial constraints, and think outside the box to upkeep sustainable efforts.
