Published purpose
This project encompasses the development of a tracking device using more than one means of RF communication. Users of these trackers find the cost of satellite telemetry excessive and as such require a device that will intelligently determine the best telemetry path, either satellite or cell phone. The product produced in this project will accomplish that goal.
