Published purpose
Overall, the project aims to evaluate the potential for reducing the manufacturing cost of the EO25 wind turbine and increasing production capacity based on growth projections for the next 5 years. More specifically, the objectives of the project are as follows: 1) To analyze all cost reduction potentials using: o An optimal and scalable manufacturing strategy, o Automation (not included here), o Better supply chain management, o Better product design (not included here). 2) To define an action plan to implement these cost reduction potentials and simultaneously support strong production growth.
