Published purpose
The Ideal project will improve our existing candidate screening algorithm. This Screening Algorithm v2.0 project involves the re-design and development of our core machine learning algorithms and backend framework to achieve about 30% improvement in accuracy of screening and selecting candidates, thus allowing us to enable greater efficiencies and accuracy to screen candidates for our customers, improving their overall productivity while hiring.
