Published purpose
The Canadian Federation of Independent Business report released in Nov. 2018 titled “Getting the Transition Right,” states that 72% of SME business owners representing an estimated $1.5 trillion in assets are looking to transition ownership within the next ten years, yet only 8% of them have a formally written succession plan. This project will enable SXMN to formalize a succession planning methodology and help the firm to build capacity to deliver these services.
