Published purpose
The project aims to further develop and integrate Okolo Health's breast brachytherapy software with MIM Software's basic treatment planning platform. This primary aim of producing a more advanced market-ready integrated software for breast cancer treatment using brachytherapy that requires accurate and precise placement of radioactive treatment pellets in the surgical cavity to target and kill tumor cells that may have been left behind or have migrated outside the surgical margin if tissue removed.
