Since inception in 2015, Toronto based Viryl Technologies has established its position as the global innovation leader in the resurgent Vinyl Record manufacturing industry. Viryl’s award winning, fully automated WarmTone Record Press and cloud based ADAPT software analytics platform have revolutionized the industry. This project will strengthen Viryl’s value proposition and competitive edge by improving the cycle time, and output rate of the WarmTone by 20% through software and hardware improvements.
