Published purpose

Losses of the liquid hydrocarbon from transmission pipelines may occur incidentally due to various natural and technical reasons or intentionally by drilling from outside perhaps with the purpose of damaging or stealing the refined oil products from the pipeline. Both two sources of leakage from a pipeline have been considered an ongoing issue in this industry. Vanmok will develop pipeline theft detection by using mathematical and physical modeling and implementing IoT technology coupled with Cloud platform. Once ready to be used, this technology will bringing the theft detection system at the finger tip and palm of the pipeline operators and or management, law enforcement officers wherever in the world they may be or whatever time of day.
