Published purpose
This project focuses on the development of microLED technologies specifically for the production and commercialization of microdisplays. The project requires the research, development and optimization of nano scale solutions to drive the fabrication, qualification, inspection and yield of microdisplay production for a variety of Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality applications. Specifically this IRAP funded project will focus on overcoming technical issues related to developing inspection systems and processes required to bring microLED technologies to market.
