Published purpose
This project will support the development of a preventive control plan and traceability process for the development of honey products, as well as related vegetable and fruit products. Traceability will increase consumer confidence and will enable expansion of honey sales from local to interprovincial markets, as well as develop secondary processing of farm produced honey, fruits and vegetables.
