Hire an indigenous recent graduate from our community to help our company further its understanding of the energy needs of the community, the current capacities within the community, the means to develop local capacity to encourage innovation, the intersection of traditional and cultural understandings of the environment and the modern technologies that can help protect it and explore the use of these new technologies within a northern indigenous community.
