Published purpose
This project will support the development and implementation of a production line management position for The Bagel Oven. This new hire will organize, oversee, and participate in the successful execution of the weekly baking schedule and keep track of completed product inventory. They will also focus heavily on increasing efficiencies and improving and innovating production to maximize capacity and meet sales growth potential.
