TN’s masBility RoboJobCoach is a complete integrated and end-to-end technology solution to assist the employment of people with special needs, initially focusing on Autism Spectrum disorder (ASD). RoboJobCoach provides technologies will significantly reduce the cost of enabling employees with ASD for inclusive employment by substituting human-intensive 1-to-1 job coaching models with 1-to-many job coaching mediated by Artificial Intelligence and a multi-platform (robotics, IoT, mobile, web) user interface. RoboJobCoach ensures the safety of the candidate, motivates and maintains candidate focus and attention on work tasks during working hours, and enables effective communication with all stakeholder, solves challenges in the workplace.
