Published purpose
OS&B uses the Stage-Gate process for product development. Essential to this process, developed by McGill researcher Bob Cooper, is the constant internalization of Voice of Customer input on the product design. There are many means by which meaningful VOC can be harvested; however, for a sales-heavy, small company like OS&B, we asked Bob Cooper to design and educate us with tools for salespeople to harvest VOC.
