Published purpose

We will develop a common quantum API product in which the client will use a high-level quantum language to write the quantum program once, regardless of the targeted physical architecture. The API will compile, optimize and translate the code to every specific quantum architecture; in other words, the API will instantiate the quantum stack described above to every available quantum hardware platform.
