Published purpose

The objective of the project is to find a new partner to commercialize Opalux’s technology OpalPrint Polycarbonate. OpalPrint Polycarbonate is a security feature for next-generation ID documents (passports, drivers licences, etc) which fuses secure colour-shifting with images and data unique to the document holder. It is produced by Opalux as a hot-stamping foil, and integrated into polycarbonate by an integrator using hot-stamping, lamination, and laser personalization.
