Published purpose

The Firm will develop a centralized reservation and distribution system for charter bus operators to enable customers to book a charter bus rental through internet gateways and to confirm the booking with a charter bus operator in real time. The centralized reservation and distribution system (CRDS) will allow the company to optimize in real-time sales and pricing. The CRDS also benefits the partner suppliers as it aims to leverage the exploitation of their fleets to fulfill the market demand. The technologies built within the project are anticipated not only to increase the company’s gross margin, but also to benefit the partner suppliers, as they expose their fleets to the market and increase opportunities for the drivers workforce.
