Published purpose

This project will automate and streamline Business Sherpa Group's (BSG) backend processes to provide technology enabled growth and ready the business for a longer term technology play. Based on 11 years in the industry and a growth rate of approximately 20% per year, we recognize the need to automate many of our current manual processes. Without the digitization of backend processes, growth will happen on a much smaller scale of approximately 5% per year. The automation and optimization of processes will free up BSG resources to focus on exploring new markets, working with new clients and recruiting new associates. Removing manual and administrative burdens enables us to be high touch when needed and high tech when best.
