Published purpose
Gonad enhancement: The goal of QSS is to produce high quality sea urchin roe (sashimi grade uni) for sale to domestic and international markets. Growth of Cultured Post-larval Juvenile Sea Urchins: QSS is on-growing the de novo juvenile urchins produced from captive broodstock in a small intensive recirculation system at the Pennfield RAS facility.
