Published purpose

“Japan project”: To conduct a pilot project for testing Nanoprecise's predictive maintenance technology in Japan with the help of their Japanese partner, Sanyo Trading's R&D and Strategic Initiatives unit. Nanoprecise's predictive maintence solution consists of a wireless IoT hardware (that measures vibration, sound, temperature, RPM and humidity) all from one device and Artificial Intelligence based software, that is able to detect anomalies in the behaviour of industrial machines, characterize those anomalies as specfic fault types with the machine and finally predict the remaining time to failure. The pilot will be conducted at the site called UACJ Nagoya plant. The main outcome of this pilot is to ultimately expand this technology to rest of Japan.
