Summatti analyses conversations across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) to provide organizations with deep insights from their customer service organizations. This project is aimed at augmenting the Natural Language Processing (NLP) models to improve the accuracy of the analytics as it pertains to classifying the customer experience/satisfaction, topic(s) of conversation and sentiment around specific aspects of the interaction.
