The purpose of NeighbourTO is to develop a smart logistics compatibility system to support CMEOW’s delivery network by matching a higher level of delivery efficiency in active neighbourhoods during peak demand periods. NeighbourTO also serves the community through a reduction of unnecessary local traffic, labour costs, and to encourage community connections.
