Published purpose
Eureka South Korea project E! 13366 LQ APP with MINDsLab in South Korea. LQ or Language Quest will be able to teach and assess spoken English proficiency through Text-to-speech, Speech-to-text, and lip-movement recognition. Lip and mouth movement is integral to English speaking and is where APAC English learners struggle the most due to the differences in sound creation.
