Published purpose
This project involves refinement of a thermo-chemical simulation model for processing biomass into biochar to accommodate the rotary movement of double rotary kiln as well as the physical activation of raw biochar. Ultimate intent is to produce an activated biochar with a surface area of approximately 1000 m^2/g for various industrial applications.
