Published purpose
SigmaPoint is recognized as a leader in Lean Enterprise to improve operating efficiency and continuously scale up velocity through the Value Stream. The purpose of the current project is the implementation of Industry 4.0 integrated with Lean Enterprise. This will create a step change improvement in operating efficiency and velocity with concurrent drop in cost of production that will set the firm apart from the industry globally.
