Published purpose

This project aims to determine specific functional parameters for sterilizing a variety of food commodities via a unique process which does not cause significant product loss or degradation. Through this project, we will be able to sterilize raw and organic commodities without compromising their labelling integrity and we will be able to achieve high throughput sterilization.
