Published purpose
Sinitic will research and develop a framework capable of increasing customer retention rates. The proposed framework will be composed of several subsystems that monitor behavior, predict churn potential, engage end-users automatically in their native language, and recommends a personalized retention strategy. These systems will be developed using deep-learning techniques and natural language processing technology.
