Published purpose
The topic of this Project is focused on resistance spot welding (RSW) technology which plays a very important role in today’s sheet assembly industries, and automotive industry being one of its biggest users. Introduction of new metals and coating types as well as increased product quality assurance requirements have created big demand for real-time adaptive welding controllers capable of adjusting welding schedule to ensure acceptable quality of every joint.
