Published purpose
Spent grains account for 85% of the co-products from the manufacture of our beers. We currently dispose of our spent grains by sending them to farmers, but some are limited in the amount they can use and this route does not create any added value. We therefore want to develop an efficient and profitable valorisation solution for our spent grains.
