Published purpose
Atomic Motion will create a rapid text-support triage tool leveraging core chatbot competencies. Users arriving at the website are quickly triaged based on their needs or desired services. This technology will enable the user to receive quick and easy access to support materials, such as: - Being redirected to the required website/resource (CERB application, COVID-19 live updates, latest restrictions, etc.) - Answers to common questions and queries (automated support). - Being connected with a staff member through real-time, text-based chat support. If desired, the user can also connect with the operator over video chat (Zoom).
