Creation of pre-verified job portal marketplace, where the network houses only professionals who have source verified credentials and where all network users have ongoing, ready access to refresh and/or top-grade their credentials that cannot be falsified. The network portal leverages a permission ledger blockchain that provides a second layer of security to the encrypted private data of the users where only profile owners can grant, deny or revoke viewing permissions. The marketplace (ALPHA-BOARD) will connect pre-verified job seekers with enterprise employers improving filtration and significantly reducing time-to-hire.
