Developing the first online platform for delivering and monitoring adherence to lifestyle interventions for the purpose of slowing down an individual’s ageing rate. The data collected will be used in conjunction with a blood biomarker test to determine the efficacy of anti-aging interventions and help inform Canadian consumers, researchers, and health professionals how to live a longer and healthier life.
