We are expanding our team as we grow at Owl Practice. Specifically, we have hired two new people in July 2020 for our Customer Advocacy team. The Customer Advocate role is variegated role that involves customer support, inside sales, product demonstrations and webinars, qualitative customer research, product specification development, bug identification and resolution, and future feature ideation.
