Published purpose
This CELTIC-NEXT / Eurogia 2020 Project iCare4NextG led by Linnaeus University (Sweden) concerns the development of a service framework with which opportunities for improved wellness and care within a home environment may be realized. The framework will be directed by data-driven methods and will integrate the various needs from different stages of life, different care-givers and different diagnoses.
