Published purpose
Sentree2 will address some of the early market fit and customer expectation problems that have prevented the existing Sentree product from scaling through Alert Labs’ extensive HVAC distribution channel. Sentree2 will aim to improve the value of the existing Sentree product by improving Alert Labs’ ability to accurately detect and notify customers of AC function anomalies. This includes improving the quality and reliability of the data that we are receiving from the monitoring device and creating a new way to analyze the data so that each unique configuration can be analyzed and understood when an HVAC system starts misbehaving.
