Cameo Sensor Science is a company with a focus on providing strain gauge sensors for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The hardwaresSensors that have served 4iiii in the cycling industry have been adapted for use in the IIoT market, by doing a few key hardware and software changes. This project involves the prototyping and testing of a wireless and rechargeable IoT module for industrial applications using a novel rapid-stick strain sensor for industries such as infrastructure, construction, transportation. This is a very diversified market ranging from sensors on rotating equipment, to building monitoring, to railway cars and tracks to automotive, and even waste disposal technologies.
