Published purpose
The objective of this Project is to create a digital coach to improve mental health of frontline health care teams by promoting good sleep and fatigue management in the context of the pandemics. A comprehensive literature review will be conducted to identify the main needs of the target population. Simultaneously, a web survey will be administered to up to 1,500 health care workers to understand the impact of the pandemics on their actual work conditions, sleep habits and health status, and identify challenges they are facing. White Board sessions with volunteers from the health care system will be organized to discuss key elements to be included in the digital tool. Building on these prior activities and the research team experience, a digital coach will be designed with the technological help of the NRC.
