Published purpose
This project will 1) Expand Prairie Fava Ltd (PFL) product line by launching an innovative new healthy extruded snack product and 2) develop new technology and market entry strategies for the successful launch and effective management of the new fava snack portfolio, leading to innovative line extensions and new ingredient uses. The project will determine Canadian and US partners, online marketplaces and platforms where PFL can sell new products to a wide range of consumers and businesses.
