This project’s goal is to develop a validation and demonstration system for HaiLa’s backscatter ASIC solution which enables IoT sensors to transmit data by “hitchhiking” on ambient Wi-Fi signals, eliminating the need for a radio, typically the most power-consuming component of wireless-connected sensors.
