Published purpose
The project will involve the development of engineered living soils on-site to provide perfect soil conditions for each crop to be cultivated. The soil will be created with soil that is depleted of its nutrients, organic farm waste, and organic fish waste from nearby businesses in Newfoundland and Labrador. This project will cut the costs of importing engineered living soils and provide potential new income streams and provide a recent graduate valuable experience.
