The candidate will satisfy the role of UX Researcher, providing the firm with a key resource to conduct user research, data analysis, and digital marketing, related to the development of new products for the firm’s customers. The firm will be strengthening their innovation capacity by filling the void of software design and building wireframe tools. In addition the candidate will be developing personas, journey maps and facilitating UX workshops
