Bringing on HR Assistant to help with recruiting activities. Stanpac has a shortage of production employees. Efforts towards recruiting and retention is being made a priority. Orders are strong and there is an increased demand for production staff. We believe putting resources towards this area is critical and a key to keep up with demand for our products.
