Published purpose
The intent of this project is to hire a new graduate to join our Platform Training Team (PTT) in order to enhance our support content (digital/web) through the development of training videos and wikis to build a knowledge base and educational program to be used across the organization to help customers to use our software system and increase customer satisfaction to drive repeat and referral sales.
