Published purpose
TBS will develop a 3 year Business Plan, that integrates a Strategic Plan as well. The development will be completed by December 31, 2021 with the execution timeline of 2022 through 2024. An Executive Champion (a TBS owner and VP) has been assigned and will designate a project lead for the development and implementation.
