Published purpose
The YEP Food Technologist will help the company developing the techniques and processes to manufacture high protein snacks made with cricket flour; as well as the quality control processes. The company will provide training in BRC as well as in novel food ingredient development program. The goal is to enable the new R&D hire to become a senior member of the company, overseeing activities in product development and quality control.
