Published purpose
ICwhatUC will explore, validate and develop advanced in-call and post-call features into their software, enabling mobile workers to make real-time situational decisions based on ICwhatUC artificial intelligence predictions. ICwhatUC will partner with two of their customers, a major energy distributor and a major gas distributor, to develop this functionality based on their unique industry use cases and with permission using data derived from their employees and work.
