Proprietary data-model that improves the Synapse platform as more customers subscribe. Synapse is building a data-model to deliver the best analytical experience in our software to customers. Without Synapse, customers have to copy/paste data from within each of their LearnOps processes to tools like Power BI. For the first time ever, Synapse can automate data discovery and analysis for customers with AI to provide real-time insights to help them improve operations and demonstrate business impact on learning investments.
