Published purpose
Given the current high turnover of staff in the entertainment industry, this project is to assist our HR department As such, it requires posting for jobs, review applications in concert with other HR employees, actively search for potential candidates, screen resumes and supplying applicable screening notes to assist managers / supervisors plus scheduling interviews. It will also help to develop and maintain efficient hiring and tracking processes.
