Published purpose
The project is focused on producing a large sample of natural ingredient leaf-aldehyde that is used in the food industry as a flavour ingredient, and also has the potential to be used as a natural preservative. The development will focus on optimization and scale-up trial of a fermentation process that Ardra has developed to pilot-scale.
