Published purpose
This project will involve the development and validation of an assay to detect tumor associated antigen (TAA) and tumor neoantigen (TN)-specific cancer fighting T cells in a small sample of peripheral blood to as a diagnostic assay to 1) identify candidates for immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) treatment and 2) assess the ability to mount an anti-tumor immune response after immunotherapy or chemotherapy.
